PRIMARY REFEREE : (Spiritual / Character Reference)
This is Someone who can speak about the applicant’s (or Team Leader) spiritual life, integrity, and Christian character. Idealy local or House Church Pastor or Associate Pastor, Church Elder / Deacon, Ministry leader, Small group leader, Discipleship mentor, Small Group Bible study leader.

In all case avoid choosing any of the following as referee: Close family members, Romantic partners, Close friends only, Someone who has known you for less than 12 months.

 SECONDARY REFEREE : (Professional / Community Reference)
 Someone who has observe 1st hand and can speak about the applicant’s (or Team Leader) work ethic, reliability, and practical skills. Idealy Employer or former employer, Supervisor, Teacher or lecturer, School principal, Community leader, Volunteer coordinator.

In all case avoid choosing any of the following as referee: Close family members, Romantic partners, Close friends only, Someone who has known you for less than 12 months.
