The Brews & Bites Fundraiser is hosted by the City of Santee in partnership with the Santee Community Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides funding and advocacy for Santee's People, Parks, and Recreational Programs.
Brews & Bites Festival is a food and beverage sampling event where dozens of vendors interact with over 1,500 participants as they enjoy food and beverage samples (while supplies last), listen to live music, and engage in various fundraising activities.
For this event, the City of Santee will provide vendors with:
- 10x10 space
- Option to rent Equipment *see charges below
- Hand washing stations
- 3 compartment sink
- Dump bucket
- ABC License
- (4) Vendor Festival wristbands for staff working
- Business Sign to hang on the booth
- Qualified Food Vendors could receive a $200 stipend!
Booth Equipment - $100 fee
If you are unable to provide your own equipment, the City of Santee will provide (1) 10'x10' canopy, (4) canopy weights, sidewall, (1) six-foot table, and (1) tablecloth for a fee of $100.
Vendor to Supply:
- Minimum of 2,000 bite-sized samples or small-pour samples (4oz. beer or 1oz wine/spirits)
- Equipment to pour beverages (i.e. jockey boxes, wine openers, etc.)
- Staff to support food/beverage distribution (must be aged 21+)
- High-Quality jpeg or PNG company logo
Food vendors only:
- Declaration of for-profit food vendor
- Health Permit
- Temporary Event Food Facility - Event Day Reminder (Food vendors only)
Commercial businesses not in the food and beverage industry may apply to participate; however, we require all applicants to provide beverage sampling (alcoholic beverage or mocktail).
