Serve Team Descriptions:
Oil Change Serve Teams
Mechanics: The team on the ground changing the oil
Valet Team: Checking people in for their oil changes and driving the cars through the process.
Parts Team: Ensures the mechanics get the rights parts for the right car.
Hospitality: Create a welcoming experience while people wait for their oil change to be completed.
Gas Buydown Serve Teams:
Gas Buydown Hospitality: As people wait for gas, make people feel welcome and seen.
Gas Buydown Pump: Pump people's gas and engage with them while they wait.
Event Support
Event Setup: Help set the stage for our people to serve and for those coming for oil changes
Event Cleanup: Help cleanup and reset the sacntuary to prepare for next week
services.
Yard Work and Support
General Yard Work: This is a place holder until more projects become availble and those that signup for this will be subject to be moved to other projects.
Dumpster/Trailer: Help haul trash from job sites and to assigned dumpster location
Chugiak Senior Center: Clean up the grounds, plant new flowers, engage with the residents and show love to them.
Lion's Park: Show up and clean up the grounds at Lion's Park. Lion's Club and thier park provide a lot for the community and we get to show them and our community love by cleaning the park.
YC/Families Schroeder Park: Clean up at Schroeder Park with Youth Culture and families. At end street behind taco bell.
Ministry Partner Projects
Refuge Coffee: We want to do some small projects to support our partners from Priceless. This will be a joint church project with Change Point and Mountain City.
Send North Project: Helping out at their Send House, where missionaries stay when they come back to Anchorage. This will be a joint church project with Change Point and Mountain City.
CPC: Doing yard work and small projects at the Community Pregnancy Center. This will be a joint church project with Change Point and Mountain City.
Change Point Church Bed Build: Every year Change Point build beds and deliver them to homeless shelters, halfway homes, and other places of need.
Mountain City(MCC) Operation Christmas Child: Mountain City Church does works with Operation Chirstmas Child where they build and sort toys for families in need.
Business Service
First Responder Tray: Build care packages for our local first responders.
Donut Giveway: Deliver donuts to local businesses and pray for them.
