Injini is dedicated to transforming educational outcomes across sub-Saharan Africa. Our mission is to foster an enabling environment where innovation and technology can effectively address the region’s most pressing educational challenges.
The Senior Partnerships Associate will play a key role in delivering Injini’s ecosystem-building and partnership strategy. The role is ideal for someone with mid-level experience who is ready to take on more responsibility, contribute to multi-stakeholder engagement, and bring creativity and rigour to systems-level change in education. You’ll be working closely and reporting to the Senior Partnerships & Ecosystem Lead.
You will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of P&E initiatives such as convenings, partner engagements, research projects, and relationship-building efforts across the ecosystem. The role is suited to someone who is deeply curious about systems change, enjoys working across complexity, and thrives in stakeholder-facing roles.
