Schlarman Shootout Archery Tournament Volunteer Signup

Sign up to volunteer for the Schlarman Shootout Archery Tournament on February 20-21, 2026. Thank you for supporting our event!
Select one or more times to volunteer for! Times at the end of the day may either get done sooner or end later depending on how things go throughout the day.

For Setup we would like a group that will be available all day in order to get it done in a timely and smooth manner so we don't have to instruct people multiple times throughout the day!

Volunteering is required by both archers and parents as part of the contract. Please try to fill in as many time slots as possible to make our tournament a success. If you have friends or family members willing to volunteer please have them sign up as well!

ALL ARCHERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HELP TEAR DOWN AFTER THE TOURNAMENT. PLEASE ARRIVE BY 6:00PM (2/21/2026). THIS WILL HELP THINGS RUN SMOOTH AND ALLOWS EVERYONE TO LEAVE AT A DECENT TIME. THANKS
