This tour does not include flights. We accept no responsibility and offer no refunds or partial refunds for any matters relating to flights, including delays, cancellations, missed connections or rerouting.

 By submitting a booking form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to:

1. The terms and conditions set out for the Morocco April 2026 tour, and

2. The general terms and conditions on our website.

3. All travellers in your party are aware and understand our terms and conditions

The Blessed Teacher & Other Dignatires 
Please note: The Blessed Teacher, Shaykh Ahmad Dabbagh, bears no responsibility for transport, flights, accommodation, or activities associated with this tour. Their role is solely to provide spiritual and religious guidance during the trip.

In the event that Shaykh Ahmad Dabbagh are unable to travel, a representative appointed by him will accompany the group in his place.

Flights
Please note that flights are not included in this tour package. You are required to provide your confirmed flight details at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that the flights you book align with the tour schedule.

We do not accept responsibility for any flight-related matters, including delays, cancellations, missed connections, schedule changes, or rerouting. No refunds, whether partial or full, will be issued in relation to problems arising from flights booked independently by travellers.

It is your responsibility to supply us with accurate and up-to-date flight information once your booking is made. We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen disruptions to your flights or travel plans.

SIM Cards and Communication
We cannot accept responsibility if you miss important information that is shared through group communication channels. To ensure you remain contactable throughout the tour, you must either purchase a local SIM card or use a compatible e-SIM.

Although most hotels provide free Wi-Fi, this should not be relied upon for essential communication. Please check with your mobile provider regarding roaming and data usage in Morocco. In most cases, travellers will require either a local SIM card or an e-SIM for reliable connectivity during the tour.

Hotels
We will make every effort to provide the hotels specified in your booking, or an equivalent property of a similar standard where necessary. In the event of delays during check-in, we will endeavour to complete the process as efficiently as possible.

Any issues or requests relating to hotel services should be raised directly with hotel staff in the first instance. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, you may then refer the matter to your subgroup leader for guidance.

If you have arranged your own accommodation and wish to participate in group activities, this will be considered as joining the tour, and the relevant charges will apply.

Room Allocations and Sharing
Rooms will generally be shared between two or more travellers as part of the package. Hotel room sizes and bed configurations vary, and not all rooms will allow beds to be combined. We will make every effort to accommodate preferences; however, specific bed arrangements cannot be guaranteed.

If you are travelling alone and wish to share a room, we will attempt to pair you with another traveller, but this cannot be guaranteed. If we are unable to allocate a suitable roommate, a single-occupancy supplement will apply, and you will be invoiced accordingly. Room-sharing arrangements will be made at our discretion, taking into account factors such as gender, suitability, and compatibility.

We cannot guarantee that rooms will be located on the same floor or adjacent to one another, although we will request this where possible.

In rare circumstances, room allocations or hotel arrangements may be disrupted for reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we will work to provide equivalent or better accommodation.

No-Bed Option
On some packages, we may offer a “no-bed” option for children below a specified age. Availability is limited and this option may not be offered on all packages.

The no-bed option means that the child will share the room with their parent or guardian without the provision of a separate bed, and in some cases without bed and breakfast included. Full details, including age limits and inclusions, will be stated at the time of booking.

Transport
Transport schedules, meeting points and timings will be provided in advance. It is your responsibility to ensure that you arrive at the designated location on time. If you miss the scheduled transport, the group will not wait, and you will be required to make your own onward travel arrangements at your own cost.

We do not have control over delays caused by traffic, authorities, or other external factors. Should any delay occur, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible; however, we are not liable for any inconvenience or disruption arising from such delays.

Please ensure that you board the transport promptly when requested. If you do not board at the allocated time, it will be assumed that you have chosen not to travel or have arranged alternative transport independently.

Travellers’ Own Vehicle Hire and Transport Arrangements
If you choose to hire a vehicle during the tour, it will be for your personal use only and will not alter or replace the transport arrangements provided as part of the tour. The tour transport will operate as scheduled and will continue regardless of any private vehicle hire.

We accept no responsibility for delays, disruptions or issues arising from the use of a privately hired vehicle. Tour transport will not wait for, travel with, or accommodate privately hired vehicles, and any coordination with the tour convoy is not guaranteed.

All health, safety and security measures provided in relation to the tour apply only to transport arranged through us. These responsibilities do not extend to the use of privately hired vehicles or independently arranged transport.

Collective Dinners
You will have the option to take part in collective dinners at an additional cost. A separate booking form and payment will be required for these meals. Please ensure that you complete the relevant form in good time, as places may be limited and may fill quickly. Terms and conditions specific to collective dinners will apply.

Ziarats, Excursions, Activities
Certain excursions, including Ziarats (visits to holy sites), are included in the tour package. If you miss a scheduled Ziarat, an alternative visit cannot be arranged. Please be aware that some Ziarats may involve periods of walking, and there may be waiting times on the coach before disembarkation. 

Some ziarats or excursions may also require an entry fee, which is not included in the tour package and must be paid by the traveller directly.

Please be advised that we only arrange transport for group activities advertised as optional extras. Any entry fees or activity costs are your responsibility. Any advertised optional activities are subject to change and cancellation at short notice.

Packages
Please note that no reductions or refunds will be provided if you choose not to use any part of the fixed package facilities or if you reduce the length of your stay. (In exceptional circumstances, a review may be undertaken; however, this does not guarantee any adjustment.)

If you participate in any aspect of the tour activities — including, but not limited to, internal or external gatherings, prayer congregations, lectures, or naseehah — you will be charged the full package price, regardless of the extent of your participation.

Wheelchair and Medical Requirements
If you require wheelchair assistance for your flights, you must notify us at the time of booking. If you are arranging your own flights, you are responsible for informing the airline directly. Please note that we cannot guarantee the reliability of special assistance services provided by airports, coach operators, train companies or ferry services.

Some locations visited during the tour may have limited or restricted wheelchair access. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate accessibility needs; however, full access cannot be guaranteed at all sites.

It is your responsibility to declare any medical conditions (physical or mental) that may affect your participation in the tour or the arrangements we provide. If you require personal assistance or a carer, you must ensure that your carer is travelling with you and is suitably equipped and able to support you throughout the tour, including during travel and activities.

The tour operator, its agents or tour participants are not responsible for any medical or care related matters

You must also ensure you have appropriate medical insurance in place for the tour, especially if you have any specific medical needs.

Insurance
It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure that they hold adequate travel insurance for the duration of the tour. We do not provide travel insurance. Travellers with medical conditions or specific needs must ensure that their policy includes appropriate and specialised cover, including any pre-existing medical conditions, mobility requirements, or other circumstances that may affect their travel plans.

Children and Mehram Requirements
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the duration of the tour.

It is our policy that female travellers must be accompanied by a Mehram, defined as a male guardian, unmarriageable kin, or forbidden male relative. Exceptions may be considered only under strict conditions, and you must contact us in advance to discuss any special circumstances.  For the purposes of this policy, a Mehram must be at least 16 years of age.

Booking and Payment Terms
To secure your place on the tour, an initial payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received, and availability cannot be held without payment. Your booking will only be registered once you have received formal confirmation that your payment has been processed.

After your booking form has been submitted, you will be issued an invoice within a short period. You must then make either the remaining balance or full payment, as specified on the invoice. If you cancel after booking, cancellation charges may apply in accordance with the terms set out on our website: www.muhammadiyah.tours.

Late payments made after a reminder has been issued will incur an administration fee of £50.

Non-Tangier Package Notice
For travellers booking the Non-Tangier package, please note that an excursion to Tetouan, including the Mazaar of Sidi Abd al-Salam ibn Mashish (رحمه الله), is not included as part of these packages.
  
Flight Booking Confirmation
You must provide us with a copy of the flight booking confirmations for all travellers in your party before your place on the tour can be confirmed. Without these details, your booking cannot be secured.

Early Bird Offer
Please be advised that any “early bird offer” is subject to a time limit. Once the offer period has expired, the standard prevailing price will apply.

However, if you have expressed your intention to travel in writing to a member of the tour operator’s staff before the offer expires, the early bird price may be honoured at the operator’s discretion for a short period of up to two weeks (or another mutually agreed period) following the offer expiry date.

(Transport will be provided to one group from Fez to Tangier for their flight- Flights on which 10 or more travelers are traveling.)

JABAL AL ALAM WALK (Organised by Dabbagh Welfare Trust)

Please note: Travellers will have the option to take part in a guided walk up Jabal Alam Mountain if you have selected package. If you would like to participate, please indicate this in the table below.

For safety and comfort, this walk is recommended only for those with a reasonable level of fitness. As a guideline, participants should be capable of jogging approximately half a mile without difficulty.

The walk covers around one mile on an inclined path and may feel physically demanding depending on individual fitness levels.

There will be no return to hotel arrangements once the walk commences. Only return to hotel at the end of the excursion. This will be a full day event.

You will receive an email confirmation if your booking form has been submitted successfully.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us via WhatsApp on +44 7793 114568. 

Your booking cannot proceed until this form has been received and confirmed.

Payments - A part payment of £500 per booking will be taken at the end of this form.

To help spread the cost, an invoice will then be issued requesting 25% of the outstanding balance, followed by a final invoice for the remaining amount.

Immediate payment is required upon receipt of each invoice, as spaces are limited.
If payment is not received after a reminder, your booking will be cancelled without further notice.

Any refunds will be processed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
