    Thank you for your interest in applying to the Leading in the Age of Artificial Intelligence Masterclass. This masterclass is a three-day program designed for leaders who want a clear, practical understanding of how to efficiently utilize and leverage artificial intelligence (AI) in their organizations.

    This learning experience is structured in two key parts, and you may opt to join either or both segments.

    1. The program begins with a free, two‑hour webinar on Monday, June 1st, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
    2. The two-day Masterclass is on Tuesday, June 2nd and Wednesday, June 3rd, from (9:30am to 4:30pm each day)

    Grounded in faculty‑led research, the WEBINAR shares insights from the Leading in the Age of Artificial Intelligence Ghana study and explores how leaders are deploying AI today.

    Who is the Program designed for?

    1. Functional heads and managers across strategy, operations, HR, finance, risk/legal, IT, and customer-facing teams who are shaping AI adoption in their organizations.
    2. Leaders who want to move from informal or experimental AI use toward structured implementation with clear governance, accountability, and capability development. 
    3. Managers who are looking for hands-on practice in applying AI tools to the work they do.

     

    What to Expect in the Masterclass.

    Participants will engage in:

    1. Hands-on sessions with Generative AI and agentic patterns, including practical experimentation on real tasks and workflow
    2. Discussion of use cases across industries and corporate functions, with attention to value and feasibility.
    3. Structured exploration of AI and the future of work, including roles, skills, and organizational implications.
    4. Practical sessions on AI transformation and leadership, including roadmaps, decision rights and the development of a 30–60–90 day action plan.
    5. Clear discussion of AI governance, including risk, ethics, accountability, and policy considerations

    The Webinar is free and the fee for the two-day Masterclass is GHS 6,000.00. The fee covers tuition, program materials, and other logistics.  Once you submit this form, you will receive further details about payment. 

    The program will be delivered at the Ashesi University campus in Berekuso. Your travel and personal expenses are not included.
