    Overview

    Thank you for your interest in applying to the Leading in the Age of Artificial Intelligence Masterclass. This masterclass is a three-day program designed for leaders who want a clear, practical understanding of how to efficiently utilize and leverage artificial intelligence (AI) in their organizations.

    The experience begins with a two‑hour webinar that convenes executives and policymakers to examine emerging AI trends and their implications for African organizations. Grounded in faculty‑led research, the webinar shares insights from the Leading in the Age of Artificial Intelligence Ghana study and explores how leaders are deploying AI today

    This program will run from June 1 to June 3, 2026, at the Banquet Hall, Ashesi University, Berekuso.

    Who is the Program designed for?

    1. Functional heads and managers across strategy, operations, HR, finance, risk/legal, IT, and customer-facing teams who are shaping AI adoption in their organizations.
    2. Leaders who want to move from informal or experimental AI use toward structured implementation with clear governance, accountability, and capability development.
    3. Executives and decision-makers in Ghanaian organizations.

    What to Expect?
    Participants will engage in:

    1. Presentation and discussion of findings from the Leading in the age of Artificial Intelligence Ghana study.
    2. A shared baseline on AI definitions, trends, and what matters for decision-makers.
    3. Hands-on sessions with Generative AI and agentic patterns, including practical experimentation on real tasks and workflow
    4. Development and discussion of use cases across industries and corporate functions, with attention to value and feasibility.
    5. Structured exploration of AI and the future of work, including roles, skills, and organizational implications.
    6. Practical sessions on AI transformation and leadership, including roadmaps, decision rights, and change leadership actions.
    7. Clear discussion of AI governance, including risk, ethics, accountability, and policy considerations
    8. Development of a 30–60–90 day action plan outlining use-case next steps, capability actions, and governance priorities.

     

    The program fee is GHS 6,000.00 and covers tuition, program materials, and other logistics.  Once you submit this form, you will receive further details about payment. The program will be delivered at Ashesi University, Berekuso. Travel and personal expenses are not included.
