    1. Introduction
    These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by AVJ Coaching and Consultancy Ltd (trading as Grounded Futures). By engaging with our services or accessing our website, you agree to these terms.

    2. Nature of Services
    Grounded Futures provides reflective coaching and consultancy support for individuals preparing to adopt or foster. Services are non‑therapeutic and non‑statutory, and do not replace medical, psychological, or legal advice.

    3. Client Responsibilities
    Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.
    Grounded Futures does not accept liability for outcomes at adoption or fostering
    panels, or for statutory decisions made by local authorities, courts, or regulatory
    bodies.  Clients must provide accurate information during sessions and respect agreed
    boundaries.

    4. Fees and Payment
    Fees are clearly stated prior to booking.
    Payment terms must be met as agreed.
    Mileage or additional costs (if applicable) will be explained in advance.

    5. Cancellations and Refunds
    Clients may cancel sessions with 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with
    less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full, at the discretion of Grounded Futures.

    Refunds are provided only in line with the published Cancellation Policy.

    Grounded Futures reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions in
    exceptional circumstances.

    6. Confidentiality
    All client information is treated with respect and confidentiality.
    Exceptions apply where disclosure is required by law or safeguarding concerns

    7. Safeguarding
    Grounded Futures is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults. Any
    concerns will be handled in line with statutory requirements.

    8. Website Use
    Content on the Grounded Futures website is for informational purposes only.
    External links are provided for convenience; Grounded Futures accepts no
    responsibility for their content.

    9. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grounded Futures excludes liability for any loss,damage, or inconvenience arising from use of its services or website.
