FAITH STATEMENT

We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God. We believe that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the life and no one comes to the Father except through Him.

FORMS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Upon acceptance into Down to Earth Co-op, parents will be asked to review and sign a liability waiver, photo/video release form, and our program policies. These forms help us ensure the safety and integrity of our program. While families may choose not to sign the required documents, Down to Earth Co-op reserves the right to decline or discontinue enrollment if the forms are not completed.

TUITION & FINANCIAL COMMITMENT

Upon acceptance into the program and submission of the enrollment fee, families are committing to the full annual tuition for the program year. While tuition may be paid in installments for convenience, the total tuition amount remains due in full regardless of withdrawal, dismissal, expulsion, or non-attendance for any reason. Families are responsible for the full tuition amount regardless of scholarship status, funding approval, payment timing, or delays in scholarship disbursement. All accounts must be kept current and paid in a timely manner according to the established payment schedule, regardless of any delays or issues related to scholarship funding. No refunds or prorated tuition will be issued.
I understand that submission of the enrollment fee constitutes a commitment to pay the full annual tuition, that accounts must remain current, and that scholarship delays do not alter my financial responsibility.

Friday park days (from 9:30am to 12:30pm) are meant for our moms to connect while the kids play, and field trips are meant for families. Monthly participation is required for membership. Will you be able to attend our weekly Friday park days and field trips often? If not, why not?*
INTERVIEW REQUIREMENT/APPLICATION STATUS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

As part of our application process, families whose applications appear to be a good fit will be contacted by email or text to schedule a brief, informal interview so we can get to know one another. Completion of the interview is required for acceptance, and applications will not be approved if an interview is not scheduled or completed. Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, as enrollment is limited and space constraints will prevent us from accommodating all applicants. Interviews will be held at a local park, and families are encouraged to bring all of their children—even those not applying—since siblings are always welcome at our Friday park play dates. All families will be notified of their application status via email as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience during the review process.
