    Fill out the form below to register for participation in the CT Country Music Festival on Saturday August 1, 2026 at the North Haven Fairgrounds. Event runs from 11am to 10pm. Forms that are not completely filled will not be accepted.
  • ACCEPTANCE: Vendors that are accepted will receive notification within 7-10 days along with contract and payment information. A non-refundable payment in full for booth space reserved. Only ONE business per booth space. We reserve the right to decline any vendor. Booth reservations are non-refundable.

    All vendors serving any consumable product must submit a COI naming Big Fest LLC and North Haven Fairgrounds Association as additional insureds (not needed at time of application).

    Food Vendors are required to obtain proper licensing from Quinnipiac Valley Health District. Each food vendor is expected to operate in a manner that passes health inspection. Please review local health department guidelines to obtain appropriate permits or approvals.

    By submitting application, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these terms and conditions. 

  • Water Policy:

    Free sponsored drinking water will be provided to attendees.Vendors may not sell bottled drinking water. All other beverages, including seltzer, are permitted. Optional cooler space for sponsored water distribution is appreciated.

    I acknowledge and agree that free bottled drinking water will be provided to all attendees as part of the Connecticut Country Music Festival.

    I understand that the sale of bottled water or charging for water is strictly prohibited.
