Come away for a weekend in the Great Smoky Mountains at Lake Junaluska to take a break and get a little rest. This year, we will explore releasing perfection and busyness, and embracing a new way of living: soaked in grace, simplicity, and connection with the people that matter the most to us. We encourage women of all ages to join us as we strengthen our minds, bodies, and spirits through open-hearted discussion, gentle stretch yoga (optional), and a wonderful opportunity to express our creativity.
