Below is a lot of information, please read it carefully BEFORE submitting your information to be a part of this awesome night!

1. Understanding that any regular guy or content creator you see on camera with us has been tested to industry standards. This means going to your closest Talent Testing Services, Mpower, BasisDX, Pro13 or Clear facility near you, and getting a full test with mgen and swabs.

You can easily go to one of their websites(link below) and they will help you through the entire process.

2. Fill & Esign release paperwork and upload your VALID ID. The night of the event show up with the same VALID (not expired) form of identification ideally a drivers license or passport.  

Pictures will be taken of your ID and you holding it next to your face. This is so we can legally post any content we make online, and to prove to anyone that asks that you are over the age of 18.

3. This is one that most people never think about, but really should. Understanding that when we post our content online, millions of people are going to see it. Yes we allow you to wear masks, but this does not always stop someone from being recognized in videos. Subgirl, Labella & Uptown Bunny will utilize the content on their exclusive sites. 

4. You will need to open up an onlyfans creator account and submit your name so we can tag you by 2/7/26. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO JOIN WITHOUT THIS. You don't need to use that account at all just restrictions with paper releases have gotten extremely strict and limited.

You have to be prepared for possible consequences this might have on your personal life before you decide to show up to collaborations with us.

Testing Site & Test Required below. 14 day Tests only. Screenshots are due by 02/06/2026 in order to get the address. (highly recommend you test 02/04 the latest). WE WILL NOT ACCEPT TESTS NOT DONE THROUGH TALENT TESTING/CLEAR/MPOWER/BASISDX/Pro13.
