Please read and agree to the following text to confirm your place on the upcoming YoMaFace class or course.
* I am in good health and know of no known reason that would prohibit me from taking part in this online course. I have informed Yo Ma face of any health concerns I think might be relevant to class participation. If this situation changes during the course I will inform YoMaFace directly.
* I will inform YoMaFace directly if I have severe acne, Rosacea or any skin inflammation before starting a class.
* I will inform YoMaFace directly if I have had any Botox or Fillers in the previous 4 weeks before a class or during the 5 week course.
* I will inform YoMaFace directly if I am pregnant or trying to get pregnant.
* I am responsible for my own health and well being. If necessary I will seek medical advice before starting any YoMaFace classes. If anything hurts or does not feel right I will stop and seek medical assistance.
* I will check my spam/junk folders for any e mails from YoMaFace regarding course/class information.
* Missed classes will not be refunded.
* Your place is confirmed when payment has been received and you have agreed and signed this form and submitted it back to YomaFace.
* When joining the YoMaFace Collective private IG page you agree not to approach other members inside to promote your own product or services. This is a safe a relaxing community for everyone away from work. Please respect this community. thank you
