    • The church in London is pleased to extend hospitality to those who would like to stay with the homes of the church during the LIBC, prioritizing those who have traveled from further away, subject to availability.

      A limited number of rooms are available at Novotel London West under a conference rate. However, please note that the Novotel website sometimes offers lower prices, especially when booking well in advance.

      We therefore recommend checking the Novotel website first and booking whichever option gives you the better rate.

      Accommodation Rates (per room, per night)

      • Friday, 3 April: £145 (single occupancy)

      • Saturday, 4 April: £159 (single occupancy)

      • Lord’s Day, 5 April: £129 (single occupancy)

      • Double occupancy: Additional £15 per night

      • Triple occupancy: Additional £30 per night (double room with sofa bed)

      • Children (15 & under): Free with parents (max. 2 children per room) 

      Rates include VAT and English breakfast.

      You may cancel your room booking up to 7 days prior to arrival at no charge. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a 100% charge.

I understand that while involved he/she will be under the control and care of the group leader and/or other adults approved by the church in London and that, while the staff in charge of the group will take all reasonable care of the children, they cannot necessarily be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by my child during, or as a result of, the activity.

    • Photo and video release: There are usually group photographs taken during the blending time for the children to have a memento, and sometimes photos/videos of singing times and activities are taken during the course of the conference. I understand my permission signifies that photographic or video recordings can be made of the above mentioned child. At no time will any child's name be used in conjunction with these photos/videos. There is no time limit on the validity of this release. This release applies to photographic, audio or video recordings collected as part of the London International Blending Conference in Spring 2024 only.

    • Whenever medical advice or treatment is needed, the assistance of a GP or A&E Department of a hospital should be sought. The Children Act 1989 allows a doctor to provide any necessary treatment by doing ‘what is reasonable in all the circumstances of the case for the purpose of safeguarding or promoting the child’s welfare’. However, the parent/ carer should be contacted and advised of the situation as soon as possible. I understand: My child will receive medication as instructed before or during the event. Every effort will be made to contact me as soon as possible should my child become ill or have an accident. My child will be given medical/dental treatment as necessary.
