Heartwood Summer Camp Waitlist

Important: Only join the waitlist for camp weeks that are full. Joining prior to when a camp week is full will void your entry. Fill out 1 form for each child.
How does the waitlist work?

We will contact you via email from registrar@heartwoodnp.org if a spot opens, and we may send you a text. You will have 24 hours to accept the spot(s) otherwise we will offer to the next on the waitlist.

Openings within 2 weeks of start date:

We will email all families and the first to respon will be offered the spot.

Waitlist Update Form, for those waitlisted before April 1:

In late April, waitlisters who joined prior to April 1 will receive a Waitlist Update form. May and onward we will offer spots to families who filled out the Waitlist Update Form, or joined the main waitlist after April 1.
