Heartwood Summer Camp Waitlist

Important: Only join the waitlist for camp weeks that are full. Joining prior to when a camp week is full will void your entry. Fill out 1 form for each child.
How does the waitlist work?

We will contact you via text and email from registrar@heartwoodnp.org if a spot opens. You will have 24 hours to accept the spot(s) otherwise we will offer to the next on the waitlist.

If you are offered a spot and no longer available, please reply so we can offer the spot to the next family sooner. If we do not here from you, you will be removed from the waitlist (even if you have other weeks selected on your waitlist.) Please make sure to reply to our texts or emails.

Waitlist Update Form:

We know that many families often make alternative arrangements after a while of being on the waitlist and their schedules can change. On April 21, waitlisters who joined prior to April 1 will receive a Waitlist Update form. In order to stay on the waitlist, please fill out this form with your updated availability for summer. We will update your waitlist information and you will retain you position on the waitlist. After April 25, we will offer spots to families who filled out the Waitlist Update Form or joined this waitlist after April 1.
