APPLICATION GUIDELINES + REQUIREMENTS
The application period opens on January 30th 2026 and closes on February 20th 2026. There is a non-refundable application fee of $25.00, which covers administrative costs.
Participating artists will be notified of their selection in writing and will receive a link to pay $125, which covers vendor fees for the event. Payment is due by March 9th, 2026 and is required to secure your spot at the market.
Please note that by completing this application, you are committing 15% of your sales during the 2026 Spring Art Fair as a donation back to Redux Contemporary Art Center.
All art sales made during events related to and included with the 2026 Redux Spring Art Fair will be processed through Redux. Collectors will not be charged sales tax, as Redux is a tax-exempt non-profit organization, and artists will receive net payout from Redux promptly following the event.
All applications are reviewed with the same consideration. This application is for artists who do NOT currently have a studio space at Redux.
One artist per application; tables cannot be shared.
No applications will be accepted after the last deadline, Feb 20th.
Proposals and/or applications will NOT be accepted via email.
LOGISTICS
Each participating artist will be assigned an 8x8 foot space for exhibiting artworks inside Redux Contemporary Art Center at 1056 King Street.
Redux will provide (1) 6' table and a chair upon the artist's request. Artists are responsible for providing ANY additional set up/display materials. Electrical sources are not guaranteed, and wall access will not be available.
TIMELINE
January 30-February 20: Applications Open and Close at 11:59pm.
Feb 27 - March 9: Artists Notified, Booth Fees Due
March 19: (11-8PM) Early Artist Load-In and Set Up
March 20: (11-3PM) Finish Load In
March 20: (5-7PM) VIP/Artist Welcome Party--light refreshments served! *Participating artists receive ONE complimentary ticket to this event.
March 21: (10AM-3PM) Redux Spring Art Market! Suggested donation $10. Food, fun, community and affordable art!
March 21: (3PM-5PM) Load Out
March 27: checks cut for Spring Art Market vendors and artists
JURY REVIEWED APPLICATIONS
Submission of an application does not guarantee participation. We will review applications after February 20. Artists will be notified by March 2, if not before. The jury will use a rubric to review entries and selections will be made to create a balanced representation of mediums and a market reflective of Redux's mission and commitment to our community.
