Treasurer Request Form

The Lucas County Treasurer’s Office offers Treasurer Requests (TRRQ) as a companion program to the Foreclosure Requestor Program (FCRQ). Treasurer Requests allows residents, neighbors, community organizations, and public partners to submit information about tax-delinquent properties that are associated with ongoing adverse impacts on the surrounding community.

Submitting this form allows the Treasurer’s Office to evaluate the parcel, consider community impact, tax status, and other relevant factors, and determine — at the Treasurer’s sole discretion — whether the property should be prioritized for further action, which may include tax foreclosure.

Occupancy status may be considered as part of this evaluation, but is not determinative.

The Treasurer has no obligation to act on any submission.
All submissions are reviewed at the sole discretion of the Treasurer, based on what best serves the community and the County.
No timelines, status updates, or outcomes are guaranteed.
Submitting this form does not create any right, entitlement, priority, or preference with respect to the property, including within the Foreclosure Requestor Program (FCRQ).
