    The Objective

Our current logo is ready for a thoughtful refresh, and we value your input as we take this important step forward. After extensive discussion, research, and careful consideration, the Branding and Logo Committee has narrowed the selection to two final designs. We invite you to explore the evolution of these concepts and learn more about the process before casting your vote.

The survey takes approximately two minutes to complete, and each member number may submit up to two votes.

    The Why

This initiative is intended to refresh and modernize our logo while honoring the rich history and identity that defines The Shore and Country Club. It is not about changing who we are, but about ensuring our visual identity reflects the Club as it stands today.

Our amenities, facilities, and overall member experience have evolved, and our logo should confidently represent that progress. The goal is to establish a cohesive, enduring identity, one that feels authentic to our heritage, relevant in the present, and consistent wherever members encounter it. From Club communications to signage and digital platforms, our brand should reflect the quality, character, and spirit of SCC.

    Background

As part of this initiative, several respected design firms were invited to submit proposals. Ceradini Design was ultimately selected for the strength of its portfolio, strategic insight, and genuine enthusiasm for the Club.

The Board appointed a dedicated committee to collaborate closely with Ceradini throughout the process. Together, they conducted comprehensive research, reviewing regional and national club logos to identify elements and opportunities for SCC to distinguish itself.

The creative phase began with nine distinct concepts, each explored through multiple variations. Through thoughtful evaluation and refinement, the committee narrowed the field to two final designs, which are now presented to the SCC community for member input and selection.
