                  For everyone's safety, please answer honestly. Service may be declined for certain issues.
                • For safety reasons, we do not accept items with mold, bugs, or biohazard contamination. Booking deposit remains non-refundable.

                  A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking. Remaining balance is due at or before pickup. Deposit must be paid within 30 minutes to secure your booking.

                • By booking with Serene Beginningz® Safe Seat Care, I understand and agree to the following terms:


                  Service Description - This service is cosmetic cleaning only. Serene Beginningz® Safe Seat Care does not provide car seat safety inspections, installation checks, or manufacturer certification of any kind.


                  Authorized Service - I authorize Serene Beginningz® Safe Seat Care to pick up, transport, disassemble, clean, dry, reassemble, and return my item(s). Pickup window is 6PM–8PM. Item(s) are returned by 8AM the following morning unless otherwise communicated.


                  Cleaning Methods - All items are cleaned using non-toxic, baby-safe, fragrance-free products. Steam is never used, as steam can compromise harness webbing integrity. Disassembly is performed following each manufacturer’s specific care instructions.
                  Item Confirmation


                  I confirm the car seat(s)/item(s):
                  ∙ Have NOT been in a moderate or severe accident
                  ∙ Are NOT expired or under an active recall
                  ∙ Do NOT contain mold, bugs, or biohazard contamination

                  Pickup Policy - Item(s) must be left outside the door and accessible at the scheduled pickup time. If item(s) are not available, the appointment is considered a no-show and the booking deposit is forfeited.


                  Payment Policy - A $25 non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve service. Remaining balance is due at pickup. No refunds will be issued once cleaning has begun.


                  Pre-Existing Conditions - I understand some items may have pre-existing wear, fading, staining, or damage. Serene Beginningz® Safe Seat Care is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or brittle/weakened components discovered during the cleaning process.

                  Missing Parts - I am responsible for noting any missing parts or accessories prior to service. Serene Beginningz® Safe Seat Care is not liable for parts that were missing prior to pickup.


                  Photo Documentation - Serene Beginningz® Safe Seat Care may photograph items before and after service for condition documentation and marketing purposes.

                  Limitation of Liability - To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serene Beginningz® Safe Seat Care’s liability shall not exceed the cost of the service rendered. I release and hold harmless Serene Beginningz® Safe Seat Care, its owner, and agents from any claims arising from pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or normal wear discovered during service.
