    Job Time Description
    Set-up crew 9 am - 10:30 am Arrive early to arrange tables and prepare the venue for guests. Work as part of a team to transform the space into an amazing event atmosphere. Great for hands-on volunteers who enjoy behind-the-scenes work.
    Registration 10 am - 12:30 pm Welcome attendees and manage the check-in process at our event entrance. Verify registrations, distribute name badges and materials, answer basic event questions, and help direct attendees to their destinations.
    Greeters 10:30 am - 12:15 pm Welcome guests at the main entrance & ADA entrance and direct them to registration and key areas. Create positive first impressions and answer basic questions about the event. Perfect for friendly volunteers with out going personalities.
    Accessibility assistance 11:45 am - 1:30 pm Accessibility assistants will escort guests to seats when needed and/or guiding them to the bathroom. Additionally, offering assistance to present nominees during the program who need assistance getting to the stage for the group photo. You will be their extra set of hands and/or eyes as needed. Perfect for someone who is personable and comfortable with direct interaction with guest who may have physical limitations.
    Floaters 9 am - 1:30 pm Provide backup support wherever needed most during the event. Jump in to help with registration overflow, assist other stations, or handle unexpected situations. Perfect for flexible volunteers who enjoy variety.
    Raffle 10:45 am - 1:30 pm Sell raffle tickets to guests and create excitement around prize drawings. Handle transactions and help with final raffle drawings. Perfect for outgoing people who enjoy interacting with attendees.
    Clean-up crew 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm Help break down decorations, pack materials, and restore the venue to its original condition. Work with the team to ensure we leave everything clean and organized.
