I permit Berne Union Local School District's Transportation Department to have my child in a seatbelt harness, while on the school bus being transported to and from school throughout the school year.

I understand that one adult must board the bus to buckle my child into the harness upon pick-up, and again to unbuckle the child upon drop-off.
