2026 Event Registration Form

Thank you for participating in the Oakmont Chamber of Commerce 2026 Events! We are excited for another successful year!

Registering for an event by selecting it below is considered your commitment to participate. Please mark your calendars and reserve the date once you have completed this form.

Specific event information will be sent out at least two weeks before event date. Event maps will be sent out 4 days before event date.

Event participants are responsible for their own tents, weights, tables, chairs, lighting, electrical cords and electricity. Please ensure all generators are quiet and fume-free.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• NEW IN 2026: ALL SPOTS ARE 11' x 10' (10' x 10' tents will have a little bit of wiggle room on each side)

•We do NOT supply electricity. You are responsible for making your own arrangements for electricity.
• We do NOT supply extensions cords or electrical hook-ups.
• Canopies/tents should not exceed more than 10' on the street when placed up against the curb and should be stable on a brick surface.

• A minimum of 20 lb weight is required for all tents.
• You are responsible for bringing your own table, chairs and other items.

Please upload a valid Certificate of Insurance. Please understand that it is the responsibility of the business to provide an up to date Certificate of Insurance with the following requirements: Commercial General liability insurance limits: $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 general aggregate, $2,000,000 products/completed operations aggregate. Oakmont Chamber of Commerce should be listed as additional insured.

No Call, No Show Policy: I understand that in the event that my business is unable to participate in an event, it is my responsibility to notify The Oakmont Chamber of Commerce. If I do not notify The Oakmont Chamber, I understand that my business will not be able to participate in events for the remainder of the calendar year. No call, no shows will not receive a refund for their event or membership.
