  • This agreement serves as the official confirmation of participation between Puptopia Festival and the vendor or sponsor listed in this form. By submitting this form and signing below, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    • Puptopia Festival is a rain or shine event. Vendors and sponsors are required to remain onsite for the entire duration of the event (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
    • Failure to remain for the full event may result in ineligibility to participate in future Puptopia Festival events.
    • Vendors and sponsors are required to arrive at 7:00 AM on event day to allow for proper and timely load-in and setup.
    • Puptopia Festival is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any vendor or sponsor property, equipment, or belongings.
    • All participation fees and add-ons are final and non-refundable.

      All price quotes are valid for one week and subject to increase without a signed agreement.

      An invoice for the total commitment amount will be sent via QuickBooks to the email address provided earlier in this form. Invoices are due upon receipt.

      By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and confirm your commitment to participate in Puptopia Festival under the terms outlined above.
