PRODUCT BACK-IN-STOCK DATES

Estimated back-in-stock dates can be found on our product pages, above the details section. Please note that these dates are subject to change. You can also click on the “Notify Me When Available” button to sign up to be contacted when the item comes back into stock. Unfortunately, we cannot accept preorders for out-of-stock items.

Where's My Order?
- Order status can be checked on the Account page, under Your Orders
- Allow 2 business days, excluding holidays, for items to ship
- Please note items may arrive in multiple shipments.
- If your order is marked as Delivered, please allow 24-48 hours for the package to arrive. Carriers often mark packages as delivered early.
Returns
Please contact info-ca@theyamazakihome.com to initiate a return.

Include your Order Number, SKU to return, and reason for return.

You will be provided with a label with which to return your product, and will be refunded the product cost minus a $8.99 CAD return fee once the label has been scanned by the carrier.
