❗️PLEASE NOTE: This submission does NOT complete attendee registration. To finalize group registration, each participant must complete their own Individual Registration Form, which will be emailed directly to your contact email after this form is submitted. You will need to forward the Individual Registration Form on to each participant.
By submitting this registration, the individual completing the form (“Administrator”) confirms that they are authorized to register participants on their behalf and to agree to the terms below for all registrants.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received in writing on or before April 30, 2026, will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $75 processing fee. No refunds after April 30, 2026; cancellations received after this date, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to accounting@seedsoflearningllc.com. Registrations may be transferred to another participant at no additional cost. Requests for transfer must be submitted in writing prior to the start of the event. In the event of Seeds of Learning® 2026 Executive Function Symposium cancellation, postponement, or schedule changes, the organizer’s sole responsibility is limited to the refund of the paid Symposium registration fee in accordance with this policy. The organizer is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any additional costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel expenses, airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation, meals, or other incidental costs. By completing registration, participants acknowledge and accept these terms.
By registering participants, the Administrator agrees, on behalf of themselves and all registrants, to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Seeds of Learning, LLC, including its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the program, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other loss, except where prohibited by law. The Administrator agrees to indemnify and defend Seeds of Learning, LLC against any claims brought by or on behalf of registrants related to participation, cancellation, or administrative decisions made by the Administrator.
