How It Works
1. Sign up in February by completing this form below.
2. Visit the Y an average of 3 times per week from February through April (a minimum of 39 times before May 1).
3. Stay connected—once a week say “howdy!” to one of our associates on our membership or wellness teams and share how things are going.
4. Finish strong and you’ll earn a special YMCA T-shirt and a shout-out in our newsletter at the end of the challenge.
