2026 Wisconsin Sweeps Entry Form

The Wisconsin Sweeps Competition will take place on March 29, 2026 at Anita's Dance Center in New Berlin. We will award the titles of Miss Great Lakes, Miss Wood Violet and Miss Sugar Maple.

In order to qualify for Wisconsin Sweeps a contestant must meet the eligibility requirements as set forth by the Miss America Organization. They must also have competed in one other local competition during the 2025-2026 crowning year OR have completed a local year of service during the 2025-2026 season. The Wisconsin Sweeps competition is only open to contestants who meet the qualifications for MISS competitions.

IMPORTANT - we will require contestants using musical accompaniment to provide a soundalike variation of their selection per Miss America licensing requirements. Resources for soundalike variations include:

Wisconsin Sweeps Guidelines (please check to agree to guidelines)*

The Miss Wisconsin Sweeps title will terminate on December 31, 2026 unless the titleholder otherwise chooses to compete in another local competition before that date.A Miss Wisconsin Sweeps titleholder is permitted to compete in any 2026-2027 local competition (for which she meets all eligibility criteria) immediately following the state competition.If a titleholder chooses to compete in another local competition, she must advise the Sweeps committee of her decision before the announcement of candidates in said local competition. She will have the opportunity to post a farewell on the title’s social media outlets within a time frame given by the Sweeps committee.We will collect crowns used at the 2026 Sweeps Coronation immediately following the show if the titleholder already has a crown from another local title. If this is the titleholder’s first title, she will be allowed to use that crown for the duration of her Sweeps service. All titleholders have the option to purchase a new crown if they so choose.All appearances as a Sweeps titleholder (made between March 29, 2026 and December 31, 2026) must be approved in advance by contacting Chelsey Jubelirer at wisweepspageant@gmail.com or 414-520-9377. - All appearances must meet the appearance guidelines set forth in the Local Competition Contract and as dictated by common sense - The Sweeps organization is not obligated to arrange any appearances for the titleholder - The Sweeps organization is not responsible for planning, organization, attending, or chaperoning any appearance arranged by the Sweeps titleholderA Sweeps titleholder will be given access to her title’s social media pages. The titleholder has the option to post a farewell on or before December 31, 2026. At that time the accounts will be turned back over to the Sweeps organization. Likewise, we expect your personal social media pages to reflect APPROPRIATE content.The Sweeps organization will provide mentorship for each titleholder only for preparation for the Miss Wisconsin competition. - The Sweeps organization is not obligated to provide mentorship, guidance, or preparation for any appearances, events, or future competitions in which the titleholder participates - Sweeps titleholders MUST disclose and get approval for the use of “paid pageant coaches”A Sweeps titleholder may compete in the Sweeps competition the following year (if a Sweeps competition is held) so long as she meets all other eligibility criteria (i.e., she competed in at least one 2026-2027 local competition).A Sweeps titleholder who is still eligible for the Miss Wisconsin competition will not be included as a special guest during the competition the following year (if a Sweeps competition is held) even if she does not hold a new title.Only Sweeps titleholders who have “aged out” or are no longer eligible for the Miss Wisconsin competition will be invited back to the Sweeps competition the next year (if a Sweeps competition is held) as a special guest. In accordance with the term of the title, as provided above, she will not appear as a current Sweeps titleholder.
