    2027 NAPSEC Annual Leadership Conference

    The NAPSEC Annual Leadership Conference is designed for executive directors and administrators of private programs serving individuals with disabilities of all ages. The conference features engaging sessions on leadership, legal, fiscal, and best-practice topics, along with valuable opportunities to connect and network with colleagues from private special education programs across the country.

    Presentations are 90 minutes in length and may be delivered as a structured presentation with time for Q&A, a panel discussion, or an interactive session that actively engages attendees.

    Registration, Fees & Sponsorship Credit
    All accepted presenters and co-presenters are asked to register for the conference and complete the applicable registration fee by November 1, 2026. Presenters are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and related expenses.

    As a thank-you for contributing to the conference program, accepted concurrent sessions will receive a $500 sponsorship credit, which may be applied toward NAPSEC Conference sponsorship packages.

    Presentation Logistics
    Presenters should plan to bring their own laptop. Please note that sessions may be photographed by conference staff or attendees for conference documentation and promotional purposes.

    NAPSEC is a nonprofit association that has represented private specialized facilities serving individuals with disabilities since 1971. NAPSEC represents over 200 programs nationally and over 800 at the state level through the Council of Affiliated State Associations (CASA). Our programs are located throughout the nation and provide special education services to individuals with disabilities of all ages. Although NAPSEC programs are diverse in the services they provide, all strive to guarantee that each student's unique needs are met on an individualized basis in order to achieve his or her maximum potential.
