- An invoice with a payment link will be emailed to you.
- Once payment is made, please advise via email.
- Payment will be verified by our team.
- An order confirmation will then be sent to your registered email address.
- Please present this order confirmation upon pick-up.
Important reminders
- Orders for the week are accepted until Wednesday 12:00 PM only. Orders placed beyond the cut-off time will be accommodated the following week.
- Please ensure payment/s are made on or before 11:59 PM, Wednesday.
- Order Confirmation will be sent out on or before Thursday.
- The invoice will reflect the total amount, GST inclusive.
- Only orders with confirmed payment will be prepared for pick-up.
- We only accept credit card payments.
- In the event of a cancellation, payments may be held as credit for a future order. Refunds are not available, so please confirm your order before payment to avoid inconvenience.
PICK-UP REMINDERS:
- Pick-up is on Friday between 2:00–3:00 PM only.
- Please present a copy of your order confirmation when collecting your order.
