  • Please thoroughly read and follow all the instructions carefully prior to submitting your application. 

    By completing this form, you are signing up to display your art during Spokane Pride. This gallery will be open from 4pm Friday June 12th, to 7pm Saturday June 13th 2026.

    While this gallery is happening during Spokane Pride 2026, Black Bee Tattoos is the primary contact for questions about this event. Please email jeburwell1@gmail.com or message us at 509-680-9828 with any questions.

    This is a free event to the artists. Black Bee Tattoos and subsidiaries are considered an art dealer for the duration of the event under RCW 18.110. Black Bee Tattoos will not be charging commission or be making consignment off of any of the art sold at the event. All payments of work sold will be due to the artists within 30 days after June 13th, 2026.

    This event will be taking place inside the Pavillion building located in Riverfront Park. Unless specific instructions are given, any and all set-up and tear-down will be completed by Black Bee Tattoos and their subsidiaries.

    Black Bee Tattoos has the right to reject any art submitted for not following guidelines.

    Guidelines will be laid out within each subsection of this form.

    If any art has been rejected an email will be sent out as to why and worked out with the individual artist if necessary.

    If accepted, all applicants will be reached out to between May 1st to May 7th with the next set of instructions regarding retrieval of art.

    Any persons who purchase art will not retrieve said art until after the event concludes. Any art sold will be held at Black Bee Tattoos until the buyer either picks it up, or pays for shipping cost.

  • I. Personal Data

  • All personal information is used for contact or display information as per RCW 63.60.

    For the about the artist, please keep in mind that Spokane Pride is a family friendly event. No obscenities will be permitted in this gallery on request of Riverfront Park.

    Information regarding gender, ethnic origin and race are optional. The information is requested for display purposes only.

  • II. Display Information

  • The inner Pavillion is a designated quiet space. Due to this, any art requiring sound will not be accepted.

    Any art requiring a specific display is required to deliver their display along with the art to Black Bee Tattoos.

    You can submit up to 6 pieces of art so long as it can fit within a 60 inch x 48 inch space. 

    Any piece exceeding dimensions will not be accepted to accommodate maximum space for multiple artists.

    Filling up the entirety of the dimensions is not required for accceptance.

    For handmade jewelry pieces, up to 6 pairs of jewelry can be submitted or 12 pieces all together.

    Spokane Pride is a family friendly event, any art show-casing sexual acts, obscenities, or the sexualization of a minor will not be permitted.

    Non-sexualized nudity is okay.

  • III. Retrieval & Storage

  • All art and displays must be dropped off or shipped to Black Bee Tattoos located at 610 W 2nd Ave, Spokane, WA, 99201 on or before the date of May 30th @8pm.

    All art and displays must be dropped off during business hours (shipping not included) which is Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-8pm, no exceptions.

    If you ship the day of the deadline, proof will need to be provided for acceptance.

    By filling out this form, you are giving permission to Black Bee Tattoos to store your art in our facilities.

    Any damage incrued to any art piece will be addressed and dealt with with said artist within 30 days of June 13th, 2026 according to RCW 18.110.

    If shipping, payment for shipping costs must be submitted to Black Bee Tattoos before the deadline of July 13th, 2026 or the artwork will be considered abandoned property.

  • IV. Payment & Pricing

  • This year, we are providing the option for artists to sell their artwork that is on display.

    All payments made will be based off of each artists individual pricing.

    All payments will be made directly to the artists via a payment app to ensure artists receive 100% of their profits.

    If you do not have a payment ID your art will not be listed as for sale, only for display. This is for tax purposes.

    IMPORTANT: All artists wishing to sell are required to have a payment ID under their name, this includes minors. You will not be accepted for payment if your ID does not match one of the names provided above.

  • III. Applicant's E-Signature

  • By signing the space below, you are certifying that all information is correct and that you are the person completing this application. You are also confirming that you give permission to Black Bee Tattoos to receive, display, and store your art from the art deadline of May 30th to the storage deadline of July 13th, 2026. Storage deadline does not include those who opt in for shipping. When you press the submit button, you will receive an email confirmation that your application was received.
