    By participating in Juneteenth in the Burbs, you acknowledge and agree that the event organizers, iCU Community Organization, NFP, and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the event.

    All vendor fees are final and non-refundable. In the unlikely event that Juneteenth in the Burbs is canceled by the organizers, your payment will be credited toward a future event occurring within one year of the original event date.

    However, if the event proceeds as scheduled, no refunds or credits will be issued including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances as collected funds directly support venue costs, advertising, and other event expenses.

    Vendor spots are limited and not guaranteed until you receive written confirmation from contactus@icu-community.org indicating that your business has been assigned a table. If you need to cancel your participation, you must notify us at minimum 48 hours before the event.
