Venue
This years conference will be held at the Broad Reach Maritime base, Porto Astro, which is just North of Athens International Airport.
Transport
We will arrange transport from the airport at a fixed time, to be confirmed, probably late in the afternoon.
If you are driving yourself, then you need to meet us at the address below, where we will pick you up by dinghy for the final leg to Porto Astro:

Accommodation
You will need to bring your own towels, sheets (or sleeping bag) and pillowcase, all beds are singles.
The sizes of the cabins vary, usually sleeping 6 per cabin.
You will probably need to share with others of the same sex, depending on available space. The cabins are all fitted with bunk beds and some berths may be provided on our vessels.
If you prefer to rent a hotel room in the local area, you will require your own vehicle, we can drop you to and from the dinghy dock.
Price
Accommodation and all meals are included in the price of €200 (€150 for under 18's)
Please bring cash in Euros to pay on arrival.
