iii. Help establish occupational and educational standards and enhance the attractiveness of the sector as a career choice.
I support that the PUMP-UP resources contribute to the development, assessment and validation of key skills and competencies in the HVAC sector, and my organisation is interested in using them to support the professional development of HVAC technicians.
