2026 ROSE/ROBE Summit Abstract Submissions for Poster Presentation

Thank you for your interest in presenting your work at the ROSE/ROBE 15th Breastfeeding & Birth Justice Summit: “The 92%: Breastfeeding, Power & Birth Justice” in New Orleans, LA from August 26-28, 2026. We are excited to review your ideas and appreciate your commitment to advancing breastfeeding & birth justice

The poster presentation format will follow a lightning-round structure. Between summit sessions, poster presenters will have 15 minutes to share their research with a rotating audience. There will be spaces around the conference to hang physical posters.

This form is where you will submit your abstract. Please ensure your submission includes a clear description of your work. SUBMISSIONS CLOSE April 30, 2026 . Our team will review all proposals and notify you of the status no later than May 29, 2026.

Deadline: All submissions must be received by Friday, April 30, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. EST.
Please submit your abstract proposal by uploading your file below.

Abstract proposals should be 3 pages or less in .doc or .pdf format, and may include text and images.

The following information should be included: 

• Name of organization (if applicable) 
• Name of individual submitting, credentials, e-mail, phone, and address
• Brief bio of abstract presenter (200 words or less)
• Proposed Poster title
• Abstract (500 words or less) 

Abstract Review Process:

Reviewers are members of the ROSE Conference Planning Committee. Approval of submissions is based on the following criteria:

• Does the proposal address the summit topic?
• Does it have a well-developed description?
• Is the proposal solution oriented?

Submitters will be notified of the status of their submissions on or before May 29, 2026.
