ETSU Bluegrass Summer Camp 2026

The ETSU Bluegrass Summer Camp will be held on ETSU Campus July 6-10, 2026. This is the preliminary registration form for the camp. After you submit this form, you will receive an email regarding payment to complete registration. Each camper will also receive a survey link to gather information in preparation for the camp experience.
Camp Participation Fees

The camp fees are as follows:
• On-site participants: $750 (includes room and board)
• Off-site participants: $550 (includes meals)

Families registering multiple participants will receive a 50% discount for each additional family member:
• $375 per additional on-site participant
• $275 per additional off-site participant

To begin registration, please:
1. Identify all family members who will be attending.
2. Indicate whether each participant will stay on-campus or off-campus.

Fees can be paid in full or through a payment plan. All participants must be between the ages of 12 and 19.
Housing Considerations

Campus rooms are double-occupancy. Related family members may room together, regardless of age and gender. Non-related campers will be placed with a camper of their same gender and similar age. Parents are not permitted to stay in campus housing. If parents would like to stay with their children, they will need to arrange accommodations off campus. On rare occasions and with extenuating circumstances, private rooms can be made available. Please contact bluegrasssummercamp@etsu.edu for more information.
