Categories for Nominee Consideration

You must provide specific examples for at least one of the next two categories for nominee consideration. Failure to supply information in at least one of the first two sections will lead to the candidate not being considered.

Category 1 - Service to the AARC and/or Chartered Affiliates and/or International Affiliate - Please list committees or activities of the AARC and/or Chartered Affiliate in which the nominee has participated. Highlight any instances in which this person may have served as an officer or in a position of leadership within the AARC and or State and/or International Affiliate.

Category 2 - Leadership in Respiratory Care - Please provide an example of how the nominee's role as a leader resulted in the advancement of respiratory care and/or pulmonary medicine or improved the outcomes of the profession, practice, patient care, or disease management. Highlight any innovations or inventions in respiratory care this person is attributed to related to diagnosis, treatment, and/or education. Has the person held any leadership roles as a volunteer with pulmonary patient centric organizations?

Category 3 - Scholarship in Respiratory Care - Please cite examples of work to which the nominee would have been a contributor (i.e., research, textbooks, presentations, peer-reviewed journal submissions, etc.)
