📸 Media & Content Usage Agreement
By participating, you grant The Monarch Wedding Expo permission to use any photos or videos taken at the event for:

• Social media
• Website
• Advertising
• Press
• Promotional materials

You will be tagged and credited when possible, but no monetary compensation is provided for content usage.

This allows us to create powerful marketing for you, the venue, and future wedding collaborations.

⏰ Professionalism & Commitment
This is a live, public-facing event.
Late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows negatively impact the entire experience.

By applying, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for load-in
• Remain for the full event
• Maintain professional behavior
• Respect all vendors, staff, and guests
• Represent your brand in a positive way

Failure to comply may result in removal from current or future Monarch events.

👰 For Models
Models must be comfortable with:

• Being photographed & filmed
• Wearing wedding attire
• Working with hair, makeup, and designers
• Walking, posing, and interacting with guests

Models may not bring outside photographers unless pre-approved.

By submitting this application and participating in The Monarch Wedding Expo and/or any event hosted at The Monarch Venue, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You are solely responsible for the security, safety, and condition of all personal belongings, merchandise, displays, equipment, and business property brought onto the premises.

The Monarch Wedding Expo, The Monarch Venue, its owners, staff, affiliates, and partners are not responsible or liable for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of merchandise, personal property, or business materials, including but not limited to stolen goods or accidental damage.

By participating, you further agree to:

• Take reasonable precautions to safeguard your property
• Comply with all event rules, policies, and venue guidelines
• Abide by all agreements, instructions, and expectations set forth by event organizers and venue staff

Participation is at your own risk. By signing this form, you release and hold harmless The Monarch Wedding Expo and The Monarch Venue from any and all claims related to loss, theft, or damage to your property.
