📸 Media & Content Usage Agreement
By participating, you grant The Monarch Wedding Expo permission to use any photos or videos taken at the event for:

• Advertising
• Press
• Promotional materials
You will be tagged and credited when possible, but no monetary compensation is provided for content usage.
This allows us to create powerful marketing for you, the venue, and future wedding collaborations.

This is a live, public-facing event.
Late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows negatively impact the entire experience.

Failure to comply may result in removal from current or future Monarch events.

Models must be comfortable with:
• Being photographed & filmed
• Wearing wedding attire
• Working with hair, makeup, and designers
• Walking, posing, and interacting with guests
Models may not bring outside photographers unless pre-approved.
