  • IMPORTANT UPDATE: ALL APPLICANTS must provide detailed pictures of their products.

  • This year ALL applicants (new and returning) will need to submit clear, recent photos of every type of item you intend to sell at the PPF.
    • Please provide 4-8 well-lit photos showing your full range of products.
    • Photos must ACCURATELY represent what you want to sell at PPF.
    • Include a photo of your booth display.
    Photos may be mailed with the application or submitted using the online version along with the application form, or emailed separately to prairiepeddlerfestival@gmail.com with the subject line "2026 Photos-(Name or Business Name).
  • Applications without the required photos will be considered incomplete and not reviewed.

  • *If your display at the festival is larger than the paid size, you will be charged for the extra space.
  • Optional: The show will provide a booth structure for an additional charge.

  • For all applicants both new and returning, you must fill out what items you intend to sell at PPF.

    ALL items you intend to sell need to be juried.
    List your items in 2 categories:
    1- "Items handmade by you"- include and specify what is all handmade by you and any items that you buy and add on to enhance your handmade work.
    2- "Resell items"- anything you will have for sale in your booth that you did not make. We strictly limit these items and not all booths are going to be able to sell these items.

  • If accepted, we will email an invoice for the show fee. Spaces will not be reserved until show fee is paid. Please note there will be a 3.5% service charge on all card transactions.

  • There will be a $30 fee for returned checks.

    No Refunds after June 1st. A $50 administration fee will be applied to refunds.

  • The undersigned exhibitor and his/her agent (s) and assigns agree hereby to indemnify and hold harmless Prairie Peddler Festival, Inc. its shareholders, officers and employees and the owner of the underlying real property, from any and all losses, claims, damages, thefi, actions, liabilities, expenses or causes of actions whatsoever to the exhibitor and his/her agents, assigns, employees and customers arising from the exhibitors participation in the Prairie Peddler Festival. Prairie Peddler Festival, Ine shall not be responsible for any act of commission or omission of the exhibitor and his/her agent (s) and employees. Exhibitor agrees that this is not a lease but only allows the exhibitor to use the space provided for the duration of the festival. Any litigation arising from this contract shall be venued in Erie County, Ohio and is subject to local laws and regulations. All of the above and the rules and guidelines enclosed on a separate sheet must be observed. The Prairie Peddler Festival, Inc. reserves the right to have offenders of any of these rules and guidelines removed from the festival without refund. The festival is a juried invitational event and reserves the right to accept or reject any craft based upon its selection process. I have read the above and the rules and guidelines enclosed and on a separate sheet and agree to the terms and conditions set forth therein.
