spring 2026 Registration Form
The first phase of registration lasts through midnight of Wednesday, January 28. We will make the class rosters and notify families of class assignments on Friday, January 30. If open spots remain, you can still fill out registration forms up to Wednesday, Feburary 11, and the remaining spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Note that you will have to fill out a separate registration form and waiver for each student.

Below are the section choices for Spring 2026. Please note the level and dates before finalizing your choices.

What Is Your FIRST Choice of Section?*
Our goal is for each student to participate in their first choice of section. However, these accommodations are subject to instructor availability, student demand, and participant grade and experience level.

We ask that you list a second choice of section in the event that the student is not assigned their first choice.

Note that if you select the same section for both your first and second choices, then your student may not be placed in any section whatsover in the event that we cannot accommodate that choice.

Waiver Forms
Student participants in Emory Math Circle are required to fill out a Waiver. A link to the waiver form is available here. (A new tab will open at the WaiverForever website)

Note: Some of you may have already filled out a waiver form for a prior Emory Math Circle semester. If you filled out the Emory Math Circle waiver form in Fall 2025, then you do not need to submit it again. If your waiver form is from Fall 2024 or before, however, then you must fill out the form for Spring 2026.

Optional: High School Teaching Assistants
High school students who wish to apply to be Teaching Assistants in the middle and high school classes, should fill out this form. (A new tab will open with a Google Form)
