SRC Active Aging Scholarship

for Colorado Senior Games
The Senior Resource Council is proud to sponsor the SRC Active Aging Scholarship Fund to help older adults participate in the Colorado Senior Games. This scholarship covers the full cost of registration for one sport per eligible athlete, ensuring more seniors can compete, connect, and stay active.
Funds are limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis for athletes aged 50+ who demonstrate financial need. To learn more, please check out our FAQ's to take your next step toward being a part of the Colorado Senior Games!

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we are required to gather specific information for grant applications and donation purposes. We kindly ask that you respond to the following questions

Applicants must submit their application and receive notification of award status before registering for their chosen sport. Registering prior to the scholarship decision will make the applicant ineligible for that sport for the current year.

Athletes who apply for and are awarded the SRC Active Aging Scholarship and selected one of the following sports below will receive a promo code for comped registration, to be entered at registration checkout.

Athletes who apply for and are awarded the SRC Active Aging Scholarship and selected one of the following sports below will need to submit a registration (including registrations fee) once participation is confirmed at the 2026 games athletes will receive a refund within 30 days of the competition concluding.

Athletes who apply for and are awarded the SRC Active Aging Scholarship and selected one of the following team sports sports below will need to connect their Team Captain and Evan Owen (evan@thesportscorp.org, 719-634-7333 x 1002) to discuss % of discount that will be awarded to the team entry form.
