Hello and welcome! Thank you for the taking the time to let the team at Families Forward Virginia be as prepared as possible for an alternate Advocacy Day in February courtesy of our impending extreme winter weather!

We look forward to seeing you in person and working together to tell the story of the good work done by your agency and how it impacts families throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia as we speak with legislators!

Now that we know what site and program(s) are being represented, let's move on to collecting the information about the individuals attending the January 29th Advocacy Day!

E-mail addresses will be utilized for sending out Advocacy Day information in advance of January 29th. Mobile phone numbers will be used for day-of communication in case of emergency, and for parenting adults, used for reimbursement (limit 2 parenting adults per family).

NOTE: There is a limit of four total stipends per host agency that can be provided by Families Forward Virginia to adults receiving services. Stipends will only be provided to those adults pre-registered and have attendance verified on Advocacy Day.

Please utilize the Virginia Public Access Project - Find My Legislator tool to identify each attendee's legislators. This will help Families Forward Virginia develop the best groups for meetings ensuring that attendee's visit their legislators.
