- This form is only for custom crewneck orders where you do not have your own clothing to upcycle
- I will purchase the crewneck for you — I only offer crewneck customs through this form
- If you already have a blank or a piece you want upcycled, please use the separate form: “Upcycle Your Clothes with Ribread”
- Crewnecks ordered through this form will be new (not secondhand) to ensure accurate sizing, color availability, and timely sourcing
- This is an inquiry form only — no payment will be requested at this stage.
  Payment will be collected after we communicate one-on-one and finalize the design details
- All pieces are made entirely by me, so I kindly ask for patience with turnaround times. Typical turnaround time is 3–5 weeks, depending on design and availability
