Terms of Service:

Copyright & Usage Rights:

The artist retains all rights to the image, including copyright, unless otherwise contracted. The client receives a license for personal use (e.g., printing, profile picture) but cannot resell or use it for commercial, profit-making purposes without permission.

Ownership:

The artist retains the rights to the artwork for self-promotion, portfolio, and merchandising, while the client owns the physical/digital file for personal display.

Payment Terms:

Full payment is typically required upfront, or a 50% deposit before work begins, usually via Venmo/ Cashapp or authorized, secure methods.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are generally not provided once work has begun or after a certain amount of time has passed.

Process & Revisions:

Includes the maximum number of allowed revisions (e.g., 1 free revisions) and a clear, 2–3 week or longer timeline for completion.

Restrictions:

Explicit prohibition of AI training, NFT minting, tracing, or altering the artwork.

Credit the artist in the work created for you.
