  • Pet Hotel Policies for Boarding Reservations

  • Payment Policy: Due to the limited capacity of our pet hotel, payment for the reserved time is required at check-out. You will pay for the time reserved, regardless of early returns.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time to avoid charges. Cancellations made with less notice will result in a fee equal to one day of boarding. A notification will not be sent to remind you of the 48 hours.

Extending Your Pet's Stay: If your pet needs to stay beyond the agreed pick-up date, please notify us as soon as possible. This ensures we can accommodate your pet if space permits. Failure to inform us will result in a $25 per day additional boarding fee on top of the standard daily rate.

  • Daily Boarding Charges:

    • Boarding is charged by the day, not by the night.
    • The day of check-in is billed in full, whether you arrive in the morning or evening.

    Pick-Up Policy:

    • If you check out after 2:00 PM, an additional day's boarding fee applies, covering you until the next morning.
    • Morning pick-ups will not incur charges for that day if an evening pick-up was not scheduled.
    • If you reserved an evening pick-up but arrive in the morning, you will still be charged for the evening, as we held the space for your pet.
