    Facilities Request Form

  • The purpose of this Calendar & Facilities Request Form is 1) recieve permission to use one of BCC, UCC Facilities and spaces, and 2) submit your event or activity to be placed on the Master Calendar for BCC, UCC 

    In order to ensure that each event is able to make use of BCC, UCC's Building it's important that we steward well what we've been given.  For proper stewardship, permission to use BCC, UCC's facilities must be given by the office. This applies to all events.

    The following pages will take you through the details of your event.

    You must submit this form a minimum of two weeks prior to the proposed start date of your event.

  • While there is a cleaning fee for each event unless waived by the office or in the case of in house events, you are still required to clean up after you event. This includes cleanup of all materials used, taking all items you brought with you, removing excess trash, and removing all food items brought into the facility by you. In the event a major spill takes places, you are also required to clean this in a timely manner. Our Cleaning crew will take care of wiping the tables and chairs, set up and break down, removal of trash, floors and bathrooms.  Please plan ahead so that you have the neccessary number of individuals to assist in this.
