  • 2026 Camp will be Wednesday July 29th - Sunday Aug 2rd

    Volunteers will set up camp on Tuesday, July 28th, starting at 4:00 pm. We are excited that you are applying to volunteer on the Royal Team. RFK Camp is a week of giving Christ-like love to the precious kids in foster care. You will experience God's Blessings and His miracles at camp.
  • This application is for a voluntary service position with UTAH Royal Kids "For the Children" Sandy GSLC Chapter, RFK Camp #113. All information is held strictly confidential and this form must be completely filled out to be considered for camp. The information is vital to your acceptance and possible placement as a volunteer.

  • All Staff required training will be Saturday June 20th

    ALL staff will be required to complete any make up training no later than the 1st of July. Training is at Good Shepherd Lutheran 8575 S 700E Sandy, UT

  • Background checks and Personal References are required for New staff volunteers.

    Please complete the required Personal Reference information section. Enter your three reference emails to complete it, as a "Reference Questionnaire" will be sent to each of your references two days after submitting this application. In addition, an interview and background check will be required for new volunteers.

    Camp can be physically tiring, even exhausting. The facility or activities may require volunteers to manage uneven terrain, require hiking, climbing, running, swimming, lifting, stairs, and other strenuous activities depending on the volunteer position. Your medical condition (physical fitness, recent or chronic injuries, allergies, physical or emotional limitations, etc.) and even the medications you take may be affected by the activities, the altitude, the foods served, the emotional challenges with the kids, or the sleeping conditions. Note: Volunteers who stay in the sleeping quarters with the children are NOT allowed to have medications in those quarters. Medications may be kept in other secure locations as designated by Camp Leadership.
