This contract outlines the rules and conditions for using the Calori Pavilion. Please read each point carefully and initial next to each

Family Pass: A Family Pass can include a maximum of two adults, who must be guardians of the minor children listed in the family pass. Everyone on the family pass must have a completed Acknowledgment Of Risk And Release Of Liability Form* This field is required.

Open Riding Times: Use of this riding pass is subject to open riding times as posted. Bookings will take priority over open riding Sign-In/Sign-Out: All riders MUST sign in before using the facilities and sign out upon leaving the arena* This field is required.

Pleasure Riding Only: This pass is for pleasure riding ONLY. Clinics/lessons or groups require additional rental fees.* This field is required.

Cleanup Responsibility: Riders are responsible for cleaning up manure inside the arena and outside around trailers.* This field is required.
