  • Applying for the Boys & Girls Club Spring Break program does not automatically admit your child(ren) into any other program, including Afterschool and Summer Club.

    Dues for Spring Break are $25/child for currently enrolled Members and $50/child for Non-Members.  Once you have received notice your child(ren) have a spot in our program you will receive a payment link. Registration is not complete until payment is received. All dues will have to be paid in advance. We will not accept checks or payments at the club sites. Current Club members will need to have their monthly Club Dues paid prior to Spring Break registration and attendance. 

    All information will come to you via the email you put on this application. It is your responsiblity to check your email regularly. We are not responsible for you missing information or deadlines due to failing to check your email.

  • Household Information

    Because we are dependent on grants to keep membership dues low, this section must be completed fully in order to be enrolled. All information is kept strictly confidential and used for statistical purposes only.
  • Medical Information and Release

    If admitted into the B&GC Spring Break Program, the information below is necessary for us to provide the best and safest care for each child. Please note: We will NOT have a certified medical professional (nurse) on the premises.
  • Emergency Contacts/Authorized Pick-up

    Please include yourself and any other Parent/Guardian/Household Occupant you want on the pick-up list. At least 2 contacts are required.

  • CLUB RULES

    1. Cell phones are not allowed to be used at the club. If a cell phone is seen, the member will be asked to put it away. If he/she refuses or has it out again, it will be taken up and stored in the office until pick up time. It is the member's responsiblity to ask for the phone back at the end of the day.

    2. Participation in the Spring Break program does not guarantee a spot in our Summer Club program or Afterschool program. A new application will have to be completed for each program each year.

    3. Only members are allowed in the Club. Information about pickup procedures will be emailed to you once enrolled.

    4. All members must sign-in with the greeter as they enter each day.

    5. Appropriate clothing will be worn: Closed toe shoes only (No flip flops or sandals - we will be very active inside and outside and proper footwear is requried for your child's saftey). No halter tops, spaghetti straps, strapless tops, or shirts with inappropriate messages or logos; no bare midriffs; shorts must be of modest length, and no undergarments should be seen.

    6. Members may not enter staff’s offices without first knocking and waiting until asked to come in. A member may never go into an office without a staff person.

    7. Members should show pride in the Club by keeping it clean. Food will be eaten only in designated areas. When finished eating he/she needs to clean up his/her area.

    8. Gang colors and weapons are not allowed in or near our Club.

    9. Profanity in the Club is not allowed.

    10. All injuries or accidents must be reported immediately to staff.

    11. Any issues with other club members must be brought to the attention of a staff member. Members should not retaliate or take matters into their own hands. Staff are there to help guide resolution of an issue in positive ways.

    12. The Club telephone is to be used ONLY for business calls and emergencies (i.e. injuries, illness). Calls for club members are discouraged, but messages will be taken. Members must ask to use the telephone.

    13. Members who require constant attention or discipline will have to leave the Club.

    14. Any member who engages in violent or delinquent behavior (including “play” fighting) will be subject to disciplinary action including suspension. This includes fighting, stealing, using abusive language, etc.

    15. Members must treat the staff and other Club members with respect.

    16. B&GC discourages bringing personal items to the club. If a member chooses to bring personal items they must be placed in the designated area. Members must never take or go through another member’s belongings. Stealing will not be tolerated!

    THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF THE BIG COUNTRY AND ITS STAFF ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERSONAL ITEMS BROUGHT TO THE CLUB. The member assumes the risk of loss or breakage of any personal item brought into the Club.

  • Disclaimer and Permission Statement

  • 1. It is agreed that the Boys & Girls Club of the Big Country (B&GC) assumes no liablity for injury or other losses as a result of being a member of the B&GC, and I agree to hold harmless the B&GC and its Agents.

    2. It is further agreed that any photographs taken of my child(ren) while they are members of the B&GC may be used for public relations purposes without further notice or permission from me.

    3. I agree to keep all Emergency Contact Information up to date.

    4. I understand the B&GC Staff is NOT responsible for any personal property brought to the Club by any members.

    5. I understand that all membership dues paid to the B&GC are NONREFUNDABLE.

    6. I understand that my child must be picked up from the Club by the closing time. Spring Break Camp ends at 5:30PM. Late pickup will result in late fees and/or suspension of membership.

    7. I understand this application is only valid for the 2026 Spring Break Program. 

    8. I understand admittance in the Spring Break Program is based on avaliblity of space.   

    I UNDERSTAND THAT THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF THE BIG COUNTRY IS NOT A LICENSED DAYCARE FACILITY AND IS NOT REGULATED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PROTECTIVE AND REGULATORY SERVICE.

  • By typing my name below and submitting this application, I (1) declare under penalty of purjury under the laws of the United States of America that all of the information included in this application is true and correct; (2) I understand and agree with all of the above Disclaimer and Permission Statements; and (3) understand that completion of the application does not guarantee acceptance into the B&GC Afterschool Program or that assistance for child care of any type will be provided.

    In addition, my electronic signature states that I understand that continued admission and participaion in B&GC Programs is contingent upon the B&GC approval of my child(ren)'s behavior and the staff's ability to administer quality care for all children on site.
