Hand2Hand Artisan Society is a registered non-profit organization located in Edmonton, AB. We are run by a collective of 7 local artisans that have collaborated to bring the best handmade, high-quality goods to the local marketplace. We started this endeavour because each of us has a love of art and creativity! We believe in collaboration and supporting local artisans.
The Hand2Hand Artisan Society was founded with a deep desire to connect and support local artists. We also recognize the challenges new and emerging artists and artisans face to get their foot in the door. With those challenges in mind we are extremely excited to introduce the new Hand2Hand Up Bursary - and offer a hand up (see what we did there) to artists facing circumstances that make getting to market difficult.
During vendor selection for each market we'll also be considering 1-2 vendors to receive a hand up with their table fees. The selection process will determine need based on a number of criteria including age of your business, financial need, barriers you may face, and extraordinary circumstances.
The bursary will include a credit towards table fees, prominent table placement, a special feature on the website, additional social media coverage and mentorship opportunities from our partner team.
