  • CMSA Member Numbers are unique to each individual. You must submit your own Member Number for this event. In order to receive member discounts, your membership MUST be current and in good standing.

  • Non-profits must submit their application for a reduced cost booth by April 24, 2026. CMSA of Eastern Oklahoma will follow-up by Friday, May 1 with determination of your discounted rate. If a discounted rate is not approved, you will be invoiced for the full $250.00.

                                    We will contact you no later than Friday, May 1, 2026, to let you know if you've qualified for a discounted OR complimentary booth.

                                  • CMSA of Eastern Oklahoma will be in touch to confirm your attendee count and collect payment.

                                  • All advertisements for the attendee program must be provided no later than Friday, April 3. Please send advertisements to info@cmsa-easternok.org.

                                    Advertisements must be created and/or provided by the company. CMSA of Eastern Oklahoma will NOT design any advertisements.

                                    Full-page advertisements will be approximately 8.5 inches wide x 11 inches tall. Half-page advertisements will be approximately 5.5 inches wide x 4.25 inches tall.

                                    Advertisements must be provided in a .png, .jpeg, .pdf, .psd, .tiff, or .ai format.
